Harley is an adorable gal, the much-loved pet of friends of
mine. She didn’t care too much for having her picture taken, so again, it was a challenge to get a good reference
picture to use for this painting. But
she tolerated me for a bit as she gazed out from the cottage deck on to the
river below. Alas, the moment was
fleeting and she soon turned her attentions to other things, having something
much better to do than to pose for the paparazzi.
