It’s time for another box of chocolates …  I thought the light was hitting the chocolates in a mysterious looking way, thus the inspiration for the title of this painting.

I love painting chocolates.  I love the little details the chocolatier has put into the making of them, and since they disappear all too quickly, this is a record of the time they were there to behold, so perfect and enticing.
